Bill was indeed a wonderful educator who answered the call to teach and lead. Bill loved and appreciated his family, God and his church family. He was an amazing, humble man who will be missed on this earth. No doubt about it....Bill is singing praises with heaven's choir today!

Dr. Bill Lacewell was the first deacon to welcome us to FBC when we joined 20 years ago. He usually sat in front of us in the Sunday night service and we always had a nice visit. He was one of my favorite people at FBC. He'll be greatly missed. So happy that he is walking with our Savior right now.
