William “Curt” Landers, 81, of Pocola, OK passed away August 15, 2012 in Fort Smith. He was born March 30, 1931 in Fort Smith, AR to the Late Bill and Arba Landers of Pocola, OK. He was a retired printer for the Dallas Times Herald. He was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and playing pool at the Senior Center on Cavanaugh Road in Fort Smith. He was preceded in death by his brother Dean Landers.
Memorial service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, August 18, 2012, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife Sue of the home, two daughters Chery Bailey & Donnie of Waco, TX and Sandy Farley & Gary of Garland, TX, one son Mark Landers & Deeann Mushrush of Fort Smith, seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and four step-great grandchildren.
