

Wilma Jean Brown, 81 of Fort Smith passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011 in Barling. She was born January 1, 1930 to the late Buster and Verna Brown. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was a Nurse at Sparks for over 20 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Frank Shay.
Rosary will be said 6:00 PM Sunday, November 27th at Fentress Mortuary Chapel. Mass will be 11:00 AM Monday, November 28th at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial to follow at Roselawn Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.
Ms. Brown is survived by her sister Shirley Brown Shay of Sarasota, FL; two nieces Nancy Shay Tritt of Scranton, AR and Michelle Shay Rule of Sarasota, FL; two nephews Tom Shay of St. Petersburg, FL and Tim Shay of Coral Springs, FL. Ms. Brown is also survived by eleven great nieces and nephews as well as four great, great nieces and nephews.
