Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond L. Johnson; one son, Kenneth Carter; one grandson, Jeff Carter.
She is survived by one son, Jack Carter of Fort Smith; three grandsons, Austin Carter, John Carter, and Brandon Carter; eight great grandkids, Sierra Carter, Rhett Carter, Joshua Carter, Serena Carter, Mason Carter, Jupiter Carter, Layla Carter, and Adelle Carter; one brother, Clint Neal of Indianapolis, IN; numerous extended family and friends.
Graveside service will be 11 AM, Monday, January 10, 2022 at Fort Smith National Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 PM till 4 PM Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Edwards Funeral Home.
