Alma Rosa "Rose" Ramirez

Alma Rosa “Rose” Ramirez, 62, of Fort Wayne passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022. She was born on October 4, 1959 in Harlingen, Texas, daughter of the late Dionicio and Elida (Luna) Ramos. She worked as an office administrator at Tuthill Industries as well as at home caring for her family and home. She was a member at Trinity Evangelical Church, Fort Wayne. In her free time, she enjoyed working in the garden, raising many kinds of plants and flowers. Surviving family include her husband, Jesus “Jesse” Ramirez, Sr.; son, Alex (Sarah) Ramirez; grandchildren, Micah and Malachi “Kai; daughter-in-law, Rachel Ramirez; siblings, Pablo (Nina) Ramos, Armando (Rosa) Ramos, Arcelia Ramos, Lila (Bacilio) Garcia, Eliazar (Lori) Ramos, Diana (Alex) Garcia; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her son, Jesus “Jesse” Ramirez, Jr.; siblings, Efrain Ramos, Margarita(Tomas) Medina, Dionicio (Ester) Ramos, Felipa (Florencio) Saldivar, Yolanda (Jesus) Quirino, Viola (Daniel) Martinez, and Irma (Fred Lopez) Luna. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Trinity Evangelical Church, 2715 American Way, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 4, 2022 at the church. Burial will be at Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne.
