Amy K. Howell, 45, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, In. Amy was the happiest, loudest, most outgoing and loving woman. She lived life fully, no regrets. Her smile was extremely contagious. Surviving is her mother Nancy Howell, daughters Miriah Underwood and Adrienne Jones, father, Kris (Cheryl) Howell, sisters, Amanda Hug and Kristene Wheaton, and a large family of aunts, uncles, and cousins that she was very close to. She graduated from Elmhurst High School and served as a waitress at Shopoff’s Steak House for 20 years. She made an insane amount of friends that became her second family. Funeral services 11:00 am Thursday June 2, 2016 at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton F.H. 6424 Winchester Rd. with visitation 1 hr prior to services. Visitation also Wednesday from1-3 and 5-7.
