Andrew Charles Corrao

Andrew "Andy" Charles Corrao, 94, was born June 24, 1932, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, son of Olivia and Charles Corrao, and passed away July 1, 2026. A longtime resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Andy will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude by all who knew him.

Andy graduated from Lincoln High School, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and went on to attend the University of Notre Dame, Class of 1954. His steady presence and thoughtful nature were reflected in the simple pleasures he enjoyed most, including spending time with those he loved, golfing and working on puzzles—pastimes that suited his quiet focus and enduring appreciation for both challenge and calm.

Andy was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, where his faith and commitment to community were an important part of his life.

Andy was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Marie Corrao, and by his son, James Corrao. He is survived by his sister, Theresa (Robert) Muselman; his brother, Charles (Victoria) Corrao; his six children, John (Huguette), Thomas, Michael, Christopher (Michelle), Charles (Kimberly), and Mary (Michael) Meehan; 11 grandchildren and their spouses, Adam (Ashley), Ashley (Paul), David, Danielle (Nick), Judith (Dylan), Sean (Jordan), Hannah (Zach), Gabrielle (Alex), Christian (Taylor), Josephine, and Olivia; and 11 great-grandchildren, Andrew, Eloise, Olivia, Dorothy, Elise, Joseph, Vincent, Miles, Robin, Peter, and Paul.

Visitation will be held at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley, 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, on July 14, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and again from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with Rosary being held at 5:30 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1502 E. Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, on July 15, 2026, at 11:30 am, with visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

Andy’s life was marked by his devotion—to faith, to family, and to the everyday moments that, over time, became his legacy.
