Andrew David Hepworth, age 30, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022. Andrew was born January 17, 1992, in Fort Wayne, to Lori Jackson and Rickey Hepworth; they survive him. Andrew was a proud father and a great friend to many. He was a Wayne High School graduate, who proudly served in ROTC all four of those years. Andrew enjoyed performing, as a seasonal actor, at The Hysterium for more than ten years. From a young age, Andrew regularly attended Mission Church in Fort Wayne. He was an avid fisherman and caught his share of "BIG" catfish. He was a loyal Chicago Cubs' fan and liked to play chess; Andrew enjoyed teaching chess to his nieces and nephews. Euchre and other card games, played with his family and friends, was something that also brought joy to Andrew, especially during the holidays.
Andrew is survived by his wife, Olivia Hepworth; his son, David Hepworth and his daughter, Kayli Hepworth, both at home; his sisters Ricki Jo Hepworth and Jami Martz; 10 nieces and nephews; many other family and friends, all of Fort Wayne.
A visitation for Andrew will be held Friday, September 2, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, followed with a funeral service at 3:30 PM; Pastor Tim Stauffer will officiate. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Mission Church, 1651 Cass Street, Fort Wayne, IN.
