Anita J. Baker, 90 of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born on September 23, 1930 in Angola, Indiana to the late, Henry Dayhuff and Gladys Casebeer. Anita was a graduate of Central High School, class of 1948. She enjoyed gardening, had a passion for Christmas, and was an excellent gift wrapper and cook. Anita had spent many years caring for her mother and husband. She was a very caring mother and will be greatly missed. Anita is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Keith Drummond) Baker; and son, Michael (Carol Minnich) Baker. Also preceding her in passing was her husband Robert Baker. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals 6810 Old Trail Road Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809 with visitation one hour prior. Memorial contributions may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice.
