Anita Daniels was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 28, 1959. Born to Ruby Faye and Robert Daniels. Anita was the youngest of her siblings: Nathanial, Denise, and Larry Daniels, who she has joined in Heaven. She attended Marquette Elementary School and later Parker High School.
She attended the original Black Expo in the 1970's, then followed in her mother's footsteps and worked at Tootsie Roll for many years. During the Motown era, Anita started several serious girl dance groups where she choreographed their dances and outfits. She loved to travel and stay with family and friends in St. Louis. Anita loved to sing as well. Her favorite singer was Michael Jackson.
Anita moved to Fort Wayne with her family; her niece, Tracy Daniels and daughter, Trinice Daniels, but if you truly knew Anita, her true happiness came from her grandchildren, Janyla, Anyla, and Tremell Daniels. Her legacy still lives through her grandkids.
She leaves behind her friends; aunties; cousins; niece; daughter; and grandchildren behind. Anita now joins her mother; father; sister; brothers; and best friend in Heaven. She is free and happy.
