Ann E. LaMar, 72, of Fort Wayne passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on January 16, 1952, a daughter of the late Richard and Ethel (Hayden) LaMar. Ann was a 1969 Southside graduate, later receiving a Bachelor's degree in Journalism in 1972. Ann always had something witty to say. She loved spending time with her dogs and at Pretty Lake. Ann is survived by her husband, Barry Belschner; brother, Ross (Jill) LaMar; and her dogs. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home 6424 Winchester Road Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819 with visitation beginning at 2:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation or Shriners Hospital.
