Anthony John Buttaro

Anthony John Buttaro of San Diego, CA, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on Friday, November 29, 2024. He was a devoted father, grandfather, and brother who brought love and joy to all who knew him. He is now reunited with his beloved wife, Julia Buttaro, and walks with her once more.

Anthony is survived by his brother, Edward Buttaro; his children, Wiley Buttaro, Ashley Thompson ( Dustin Thompson), and Aric Jones (Brittany Jones) and his cherished grandchildren: Jeavon and Mathu Shaw, Skylar Thompson, Aric Jr, Shyenne, Arianna, Ariella and Angela Jones. Wiley Jr., Brooklyn, and Athena Buttaro. He also leaves behind one great-grandchild, Sylus Shaw.

Anthony was preceded in death by his loving parents, Christina and Alberto Buttaro, as well as his wife, Julia.

Anthony was a kind and loving man who took great pride in his family. He especially adored his grandchildren and great-grandchild, who were the light of his life. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.

Though his passing brings sorrow, it is a comfort to know that he is no longer in pain and is at peace. Anthony's legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered.
