Arlene A. (Neuman) Chronister

Arlene A. (Neuman) Chronister, 84, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Kingston Residence in Fort Wayne. She was born in Geneva, OH, to the late Karl and Elsie A Neuman. She graduated from Hoagland High School in 1952. Arlene was as a Secretary with ITT for 32 years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, Arlene was an avid IU basketball fan and enjoyed traveling and reading. Surviving are her daughter, Linda S. Cargo of Fort Wayne, IN; son, David W. (Kristine) Chronister of Naperville, IL; brother, Karl (Lorraine) Neuman of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Karissa Cargo of Fort Wayne, IN; Sydney (Brian) Kindred of Fort Wayne, IN; Abby Chronister and Evan Chronister both of Naperville, IL; great-granddaughter, Kali. Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Chronister, son-in-law, Darryl Cargo Jr. sister, Lillian Neuman, sister, Elsie Rossman. Service is 1:00 pm, Friday, June 29, 2018 at Concordia Lutheran Church, 4245 Lake Avenue with calling two hours prior, with Rev. Douglas Croucher officiating.
