Audrey Heyn

AUDREY T. HEYN, 86, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016. She was a retired cafeteria manager for Fort Wayne Community Schools and volunteered at the VA Hospital at Fort Wayne. She enjoyed cooking, bowling, her grandkids and great-grandkids. Surviving are her children, Sandy (Jody) Oman of Ossian, Deb "Hink" (Don Becraft, David (Janii) Heyn, Russ (Chris) Heyn, and Linda (David Koop, all of Fort Wayne; siblings, Dale Lambert and Patricia Stayonoff; 13 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter W. Heyn Jr.; siblings, Jack Lambert, Harold Lambert, Theodore Lambert, Dale Lambert, and Thelma Hubbard. Service is 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, 6424 Winchester Road, with visitation from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Burial in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
