

Beatrice was born December 21, 1957, in Mount Pleasant, MS to Nellie Beatrice (Malone) Frazer. She graduated from Elmhurst High School in 1976. Beatrice accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Jerusalem Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member for over 50 years. Beatrice worked at Lincoln National Life Insurance Company until her retirement.
Beatrice is also known as T T Bea, and Nana Bea, she cherished her role as an Auntie and Grandmother. She was a truly special person who had a profound impact on her family. The fact she was the “village” for her children’s and siblings’ children speaks volumes about her nurturing and supporting her family, she was there for all of the family. It’s clear that she embodied the role of a loving auntie and grandmother.
Beatrice found the most happiness in spending time with her family, whether it was a holiday, a family dinner, or impromptu visit. These moments were the highlights of her life.
Beatrice leaves to cherish her memories three sons, Markus (Shirley) Malone, Ernest Lee Martin Malone III, and Ronald Malone; two sisters, Carol Ann Hightire, and Willean Frazer-Gray; two brothers, Felton (Duke) Stephenson, and Willie Frazer Jr.;19 grandchildren, John Nelson, Ranya Coleman, Jayda, Cierra, and Braylen Smeltzer, Kayleigh, Kiersten, Davonte, Javonte, Dominick, Josiah, Donnivan, Jamari, Jazaiah, Ernie, Enrique, Mia, Ronald Jr. and Ayla Malone; three great grandchildren, Zakai, Czryn, Draven Malone. three nephews, Tyrone Hightire, Willie Frazer, and Benjamin “Wesley” Gray; two nieces, Kailah Frazer and Whitney Gray; aunts, Catherine Coleman, Dannie Lee (Roosevelt) Johnson, and Osie Russell Jones along with a host of other family and friends.
Beatrice was preceded in death by her mom, Nellie Beatrice (Malone) Frazer; grandmother, Millie May Malone; brother, Melvin Malone; son, Isaiah Josiah Malone Sr. and a grandson, Isiah Jr.
Beatrice legacy lives on a Beloved Mother, Sister, Aunt, Niece, and Friend.
The family gives special thanks to Ella’s House, and Jerusalem Baptist Church for their loving care and support through this difficult time.
A visitation for Beatrice will be held Friday, July 11, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
A visitation will also be held Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Jerusalem Baptist Church, 1151 Francis St, Fort Wayne, IN 46803. A celebration of life service will begin at 12 pm.
