Betty was a joy to be around. I looked forward to seeing her walk by our gym every morning after breakfast. Some mornings she would come in and visit, others she would stand in the window and wave, but she always smiled. One morning I went out to give her a hug. She grabbed my cheeks and I thought we would bump noses but she planted a kiss right on me. Then she laughed. Your family will be close to my heart and constantly in my prayers during this time. Betty was truly a blessing.

Dawn and my daughter were good friends years ago. I never saw Betty when she was not smiling and cheerful. She was like a ray of sunshine.
