Betty J. Richards

Betty J. Richards, 85 passed away Monday, October 14, 2019 at Parkview Hospital Randallia, Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Fort Wayne to the late James R and F Berdena Sproat. Betty graduated from Central High School in 1952. She worked of Cal Federal Bank, SE Division, Ft. Lauderdale FL for 17 years and retired in 1994. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and Parkview lunch bunch as well as the Central High School lunch bunch. Betty is survived by her sister Judy (Ron) Meeks of Fort Wayne, Beverly (Richard) Roberts of, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband J. Kenneth Richards, brothers James, Ronald, Jerry, Sproat and a sister Imogene Welch. Mass of Christian Resurrection will be 10:30 am Tuesday October 22, 2019 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church “Chapel” 4916 Trier Road, Fort Wayne, IN with calling one hour prior. Private entombment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pompano, FL. Preferred memorials to SPCA of Fort Wayne or SCAN. Arrangements by D.O.
