Betty Lorraine Uptgraft., 82, of Fort Wayne, IN, died on Thursday September 24, 2015. She was born to the late Elmer and Mabel Randol on August 16, 1933 in Wolcottville, IN. She is survived by her daughters Bonnie Best and Dorothy Balodo; sons Edward Quinn, Kenneth Quinn and Charles Jr. Quinn; sisters Mary Ackerman and Pansy Felfree; brother William Randol; 13 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren and 1 great geat grandchild. She is preceded in death by daughter Susan Gibson. Funeral services will be on Monday September 28, 2015 at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home 1327 Wells Street at 11am with calling from 1 hour prior.
