Beverly J. (Meacham) Brunson, 80, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away peaceful on March 23, 2024, at Saint Anne Communities in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Downing, WI on June 20, 1943, to the late Walter M. Meacham and Rebecca A. (Taylor) Meacham.
Beverly was an educator for 32 years at Harlan Elementary of East Allen County Schools. She served as President of East Allen Educators Association from 1993 until her retirement in 1998.
She is survived by her two sons, Donald (Janet) Wood, of Candler, North Carolina and David (Alison) Wood of Fort Wayne, Indiana; sister Marietta Wolfe of Martinsville, Indiana; grandchildren, Bohde Wood and Hayden Wood of Candler, North Carolina.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial on Monday, April 8, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm at D.O.
