Billey J. Tollliver, 59, passed away Wednesday June 17, 2020. Billey worked as a cook for Rallies Hamburger and worked in the construction industry.

He loved the Colts football team and was a party guy. Billey was a great and funny guy.

Surviving are his sisters Valley Herron and Mary Watkins; nieces Mary Markley and nephew Keith Ray Hardestery Jr.

Preceding him in death are his parents.

Services will be at 2pm Thursday June 25, 2020 with visitation one hour prior at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 Wells St. Fort Wayne, IN 46808.

Preferred memorials are to the family.
