She retired from ITT. Bonnie loved her family and especially her grandchildren and girlfriends. She loved ham and bean soup. She enjoyed reading her daily devotionals and loved the Lord. Bonnie was known for loving to go to garage sales.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Rod Lucas; a daughter, Kathy (Brian) Daly; a son, Donald Lake Jr; grandchildren, Donald Lake III, Robert Lake, and Megan Gibson, of Fort Wayne.
She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Don Lake.
A visitation for Bonnie will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Covington Knolls, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804.
Bonnie was loved by her many friends and family.
