Brady Lynn Medina Sr, 53, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025. Brady was born in Phoenix, Arizona on July 17, 1971. He worked at Amazon for several years. Brady had a passion for watching Arizona football, he loved fishing, and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.
Brady is survived by his wife, Sheila Medina; children, Brady Lynn Medina Jr, Courtney Medina, AJ (Shanna) Hill, Brittney (Juan Esquivel) Hill, and Jordan (Keisha) Lee; grandchildren, Noah and Avalynn Medina, Aaliyah and Anthony Hill, Karizma, Juanito, Cashaya, and Analesia Esquivel; mother, Susan (Bruce) Urban; and siblings, Jeremy (Beth) Medina and Yavetta (Manuel) Ortiz. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Medina; and grandma, Martha Medina.
A funeral for Brady will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm. Contributions in Brady's memory may be made to American Heart Association.
