BRIAN OSBORN, 40, of Fort Wayne, died on Monday, Sept. 18, 2017 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born March 1, 1977, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of Mary Osborn of Fort Wayne and the late Virgil Osborn.
He was a floor tech at Healthcare Woodview Manor, New Haven and a member of Fellowship Missionary Church.
Also surviving are his brother, Charles Osborn of Fort Wayne; nephew, Charles Osborn of Fort Wayne; and niece, Marie Osborn of Fort Wayne.
Service is 11 a.m. Monday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
