

Bryant Lee Davis, 76, passed away on May 5, 2026. Known lovingly as “Gangster B” by friends and family, Bryant was born on March 11, 1950, in Clarkedale, Arkansas, to parents Sanders Davis Sr and Stella (McKinney) Davis.
He graduated from Central High School. After high school, Bryant proudly served his country in the United States Marines Corp, where he fought in the Vietnam War. Bryant was dedicated and hard-working. He worked diligently and earnestly with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 103 for 30 years before his retirement. Bryant held his career and military service very proudly and honorably close to his heart. In his free time, he loved to ride through town on his motorcycle. Beyond all else, Bryant cherished his family deeply. All the memories he has made with his friends and family over the years will forever be treasured.
Bryant is survived by his daughter, Shontell Q. King-Dolden; son, Bryant Jevon King; grandchildren, Carleton King and Jasmine White; great-granddaughter, Cyrai King; siblings, Sanders Davis Jr, Shirlene Stephens, Kathy Davis, Linda Owens, Carmela Davis, Deon Davis, Alan Wyatt, and Janice Wyatt; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sanders Davis Sr and Stella Davis; brother, Alvin Davis; and nephew, Kelton Davis.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 1PM at Advantage Funeral Homes – Mungovan 2114 South Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46802. Visitation will take place two hours prior. Bryant will be laid to rest at Highland Park Cemetery.
