Cameron Zane Martin, 27 days old, passed away in the arms of his mother with his dad by their side at 4 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017 at the family's home in Fort Wayne. He was born at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017 at 1:56 a.m.He is survived by his loving parents, Chad and Carrie (Cameron) Martin; four grandparents, three great-grandparents, nine uncles and aunts and 14 cousins.Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 at The Chapel, 2505 W. Hamilton Rd. S., Fort Wayne, with Pastor Mick Baker officiating. The family will start receiving guests as they are being seated beginning at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
