Carl Edward Johnson, Jr., passed away on September 4, 2018 at Parkview Hospital on his 75th birthday. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Carl was the son of C. Edward Johnson and M. Madeline Johnson, who predeceased him. His hobbies included cooking, eating and visiting with friends and family. Surviving are his children, Tina L. Anderson; Carl (Shannon) Johnson, III; Ryan Reynolds, and Cody (Kathleen) Johnson, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his two sisters, Carolyn Ann Banet, and Janet (Fred) Sonnenberg. A memorial service will be held at D. O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46815, on September 29, 2018, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, with a prayer service at 3:30 pm. Preferred memorials are to do something that makes you and others happy.
