Carla Dee Mendez, 60, of Fort Wayne, passed away on November 9, 2020. Born on February 24, 1960, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Jack D and Norma J (Carpenter) Green Sr. She proudly served her country in the Air Force.
She is survived by her children, Matthew R Mendez, Joshua P Mendez, and Jessica A McCrea; 12 grandchildren, and several siblings.
Funeral service will be 2:00pm, Friday, November 20, 2020, at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, with calling from Noon, until time of service. Memorial donations may be given to the United Way of Allen County.
