Carol Ann Hale, 59, of Roanoke, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012. She was born on April 20, 1952 in Fort Wayne to the late Arthur and Dorothy (Werling) Fosnaugh. She was a partner at Foudy & Hale C.P.A. L.L.C. where she specialized in small business start-ups. She was a member at Monson-Chapel United Methodist Church and served as a trustee and as one of the treasurers. She enjoyed reading, fishing, cross-stitch, crocheting, needle point, puzzles, and gardening. Surviving family include her husband of 34 years, John C. Hale of Roanoke, son, Michael (Khrishna) Hale; brother, Dan (Deb) Fosnaugh; nieces, Angela (Bill) Fugate, Christina Fosnaugh all of Fort Wayne; nephew, Rob Fosnaugh of Orlando, FL.
A memorial service will be at 11:30 am on Thursday February 23, 2012 at Monson-Chapel United Methodist Church, 12220 Lower Huntington Road, Roanoke with calling one hour prior to services. Pastor Terry McDonald will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Monson-Chapel United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
