Carole S. Bansback 90 passed away Tuesday November 2, 2021 at Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Oak Park, IL, to the late Clarence G. and Alice M Schultz. Carole graduated from Riverside –Brookfield High School and earned her Bachelor’s in education from Carthage College. She was a teacher in Illinois, an Instructional Assistant for 20 years with FWCS and retired in 2005.
She is survived by her children Thomas W. (Jill) Bansback of Granger, IN; Debra L. (Marc) Heitzman of Henderson, NV; Laura B. Donohoe of Columbia, SC; and six grandchildren. Carole was preceded in death by her loving husband Earl A. Bansback in 2016, sisters Sandra J Voyda and Diane Sloberg.
Funeral Service will be 11 am Saturday November 13, 2021 at Messiah Lutheran Church 7211 Stellhorn Road Fort Wayne, IN, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 4-7 Friday November 12, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home 4017 Maplecrest Road. Memorials may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church.
