Carole and I met in 2002 in a professional setting. Her wit, charm and intellect soon turned to friendship. We became book buddies and lunch buddies. We shared favorite authors and swapped books and insights over lunch. We were liberal political allies in a conservative city and relished our shared independence. The last few years were a struggle yet the real Carole was always there. Farewell, Dear Friend... You were a blessing in my life. Teresa

Carol was a lovely friend. Her birthday was the day before mine so we had a running joke that we were twins - mind you, she was tall & thin and I'm short and not thin. But, nonetheless, it was funny to us. I was a 'Buff Babe' along with Nancy, Cathy, Marin, and Carol. I very fondly remember all the good times with our dear friend. God Bless you, Carol.

Carole was a wonderful and beautiful soul. I will cherish the memories of her and Matthew (the cheese man) at "the circle" volunteering for so many years. I love you Carole - journey onward my friend.

I first met Carole in yoga class at Mind Your Body Yoga. Soon after, we became close with a small group of ladies and we jokingly named ourselves the Buff Babes. Without fail, our close-knit group would go to lunch every Tuesday after yoga. I so enjoyed Carole's company and still miss the friendship we forged. Six years ago I moved my mother into Hamilton Place because Carole lived there at the time. My mom and I would visit with Carole, Macy, and Molly, her beloved cats. I will never forget you Carole. Rest in peace, my friend.
