Carole Jean Lewis, 72, passed away peacefully at home Monday morning March 10, 2014. She was a homemaker and was involved in Scouting for more than 40 years. She is survived by her husband Paul E. Lewis, Children; Gene Meeks II, Gloria Mayer, Genelle Owens - Married to Tom Owens,Hollis Howard - Married to Nenita Howard, Kim Gick - Barry Carroll, Geneave Goodman - Married to Dan Goodman, Dennis Meeks, Harlan Meeks - Married to Liz Meeks, Michelle Lewis – Randy, Michael Lewis, Grandchildren; Season, Brandy, Breanne, Kyleen, Lindsey, TJ, Willie, Hailey, Jonathon, Angela, Tiffany, Benjamin, Nikki, Kathy, Brock, Madison, Amy, Danny, Harlan, Josh, Shawn, Justin, Zoie, Logan and 15 step kids, Great Grandchildren; Kayla (Pee Wee), Eylan, Adrea, Azaria, Kaytlin, Alice, Jaecey, Emily, Maryssa, Emma, Lilian, Aubrey, Amelia.

Funeral services are 11:00 am Monday March 17 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints 5401 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne. Visitation will also be 4-7 pm Sunday March 16 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints 5401 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne.
