Caroline S. Kindsvatter, beloved wife, friend, and faithful servant of Christ, passed away on June 19th, 2026, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is now reunited in eternal life with her husband, Terry L. Kindsvatter, who preceded her in death in 2018.
Caroline was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio, where her love for music, fellowship, and community first took root. She later made her home in Wabash, Indiana, before settling in Fort Wayne with Terry, the love of her life. Their marriage was marked by devotion and a shared commitment to serving others.
Caroline’s faith was the steady center of her life. She was an active and joyful member of Concordia Lutheran Church, where she sang in the choir with a voice that reflected both her warmth and her reverence. Her dedication extended deeply into the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML), where she poured her time, energy, and heart into supporting missions, encouraging women in their faith, and strengthening the church community. She was also a member of The Homemakers Club.
Caroline is survived by her extended family, dear friends, and all who were blessed by her kindness. She was also preceded in death by the couple’s beloved dog, Chloe, who brought them both great joy.
Caroline will be remembered for her caring spirit, her steadfast faith, her willingness to serve, and the way she made every person feel seen and valued. Whether singing hymns, organizing LWML projects, or offering a listening ear, she lived her life with grace and purpose.
A Funeral service will be Friday, June 26, 2026, 11:00 AM at Concordia Lutheran Church, 4246 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN with calling from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
