Carolyn Ann Campbell, 84, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. She was born in Wabash County, Indiana on August 26, 1940, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Geneva Pogue. Carolyn was very passionate about music. She taught several students to learn and love the gift of music. Carolyn also played for many churches. She enjoyed quilting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Carolyn is survived by her children, Tim (Heidi) Engelman, Nancy (Steve) Edwards, and Kimberly (James) Martin; grandchildren, Ryan (Misty Klingler) Edwards, Jaime (Adam) Kreiger, John Engelman, Joseph (Eva Harris) Engelman, Chelsea (Dan Hancock) Alwardt, Brooke (William) Langely, and Alyssa (Jacob) Crepinsek; 14 grandchildren; sister-in-law, Linda (Randy) McSweyn. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Campbell; daughter, Deborah Engelman; and siblings, Charles Pogue, Lavena Hults, Paul "Pete" Pogue, Vaughn "Dick" Pogue, Jean "Lois" Pogue, and Joan "Rose" Barton.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 3, 2025 at Concordia Lutheran Church, 4245 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46815, with visitation one hour prior. Contributions in Carolyn's memory may be made to Concordia Lutheran Church.
