Carolyn Lucille McComas, age 99, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023 with family at her side. "Cardy" as she was affectionately known, was born in Loudonville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Karl and Katherine (nee. Miller) Zimmerman.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. McComas; and a great granddaughter, Miriah Herport.
She leaves cherished memories to her children, Katie (Bruce) Korn and Robert (Lynn) McComas; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Mildred Ginther; and her brother, Kenneth Zimmerman.
Visitation 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Friday, September 1, 2023 at D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Maplewood Park, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, IN (46815). Memorials may be made to Stillwater Hospice.
