Catherine Baldwin, 66, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday December 28, 2015. She was born to the late John and Dorothy Orr Hazelton on August 27, 1949 in Scranton, PA.. She is survived by her partner of over 25 years Amos Slocum; children, Karl Smith, Elaine (Gary) Shea, Billie Jo (Micheal) Stewart, William (Cheryl) Smith and Carol (Mike) Mattern; brother, Thomas Hazelton; sister, Ann Marie Wheeler, Mary Geissler and Helen Secavich, 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St. on Saturday January 9, 2016 at 1pm with calling from 11-1pm.
