Chad M. Rumple, 44, of Fort Wayne passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015. He was born on March 9, 1971 in Fort Wayne. He worked in the proof department at a number of local banks. He enjoyed spending time with his dog, Bently. Surviving family include his mother, Sandra Rumple; father, Mike (Cherie) Rumple; and sister, Angela Rumple. A funeral service will be 11:00 am on Monday, June 1, 2015 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 1-4 pm on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Allen County Humane Shelter.
