He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed doing anything he could for fun.
He is survived by his mother, Karen Burk; father, Charles Burk III; children, Andre and Liana; sister, Amber Brandom; brother, Charles Hammer; grandfather, Bill Foraker; and grandmother, Frances Brown.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Cody Foraker; grandmother, Sharon Foraker; and grandfather, Charles Burk II.
Private services will be held at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home.
