CHARLES N. LEAGUE, 87, of Fort Wayne, died on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. The Indianapolis native was the son of the late Noble and Mamie (nee. Stinnett) League. He retired in 1989 from Inland Steel after 34 years of service. He was a member of Christ Community Church, Fort Wayne, Masonic Lodge 412 F&A, and the Scottish Rite. He is survived by his children, Charles (Susann Felger) and Dennis (Noell), both of Fort Wayne, and Linda (Sandy Stein) of Toledo, Ohio; sister, Evelyn Shepherd of North Vernon; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen "Louise" (nee. Sutton); three brothers; four sisters; and one grandchild.
