Charles "Simmers" Sizemore, 56, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025. Charles was born in Marion, Ohio on July 5, 1969, son of the late George and Virgie (French) Sizemore. He had a passion for anything Art, painting, singing, and writing. Charles is survived by his significant other, Daniel Thompson; siblings, Monte and Edward; niece, Jennifer; and nephew, Shane. He was also preceded in passing by his siblings, Elizabeth, Carl, and Thelma. There will be no services at this time.
