Charles E. "Punchy" Wyatt, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019. He was born to the late Robert and Sarah (Hershey) Wyatt on December 16, 1943. Punchy spent a lot of time at the Glenbrook Mall with his friends. He enjoyed boxing earlier in his life, playing the lottery, and to socialize. Punchy was the ultimate handyman.

A special thanks to Cassandra, Jen, Diane and the staff at Summit City Nursing.

Funeral service will on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home (6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804) with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow the service at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of memorial contributions, Punchy would like it if you would buy a lottery ticket for yourself in his honor.

I was a 16 year old kid back in 1966 when I met Punchy while working at Coney Island in Ft.Wayne, he shared alot of his stories with me ( not knowing if all the Boxing stories were true) but always enjoyed talking with him, he is a character that I have never fogotten!
RIP Punchy.

Many great times with Charlie. Too many to count. He always shared a smile and always made a moment or two. Glad he was in our lives, and blessed to have known him as our friend, uncle, and brother. RIP my friend.

When being around you, it almost never failed that you'd hear someone say, "Oh Charlie!" With a giggle afterward. You were so very fun to be around!
