CHARLOTTE "JEANNE" WITZIGREUTER, 89, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne. Born July 20, 1922, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Melvin and Hortense (Droegemeyer) Beucler. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her husband of 69 years, James Witzigreuter Sr.; son, James Witzigreuter Jr. and Rick Witzigreuter; daughter, Kay (John) Deveau; grandchildren, Jason (Stacy), Amber and Ryan Deveau; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Lois Scott and DeLoris Cattin; and several neices and nephews. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Saturday at C.M. Sloan & Sons, 1327 Wells St., with visitation from 11 a.m. until time of service. Pastor Laura Sherwood officating. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials to Grace Presbyterian Church.
