Chase Jewell Claycomb, age 6 months, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022. Chase was born July 23, 2021.

A funeral service to honor Chase's memory will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 11, 2022, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, with a visitation to begin at 10:00 AM, one hour prior to the service.
