Cheryl Lynn Kelly, 64, passed away August 15, 2024, at her home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born October 27, 1959, in Fort Wayne, IN, the daughter of the late William Gaskill and Bonnie Bernard. Cheryl worked at KFC and Lee’s Famous Recipe for several years. She and her husband were avid bowlers and enjoyed spending time with friends.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Timothy Kelly of Fort Wayne, IN; sister, Tina (Tim) Neer of Paulding, OH; son, Michael (Chriss) Kelly; daughters, Mary (Jarod) Brown of Auburn, IN and Margo Kelly of Holland, MI; step-sister, Toni Bernard; nieces, Dovie, Katrina, and Brieanne; nephew, Dewy along with other nieces and nephews. Cheryl also leaves behind eight grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her son, Robert Sowers Sr. with Krystal Gramling surviving. She was also preceded by her daughter, Amber Herd, with son-in-law, Nathan Herd surviving.
A Memorial Service will held at 3:00 pm, Wednesday September 4, 2024 at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes - Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne IN, with calling one hour prior.
