She was born on November 17, 1931, in Fort Wayne, IN, the daughter of the late Charles and Bernadine Dirig.
Clarita was a member of the Rosary Sodality and a long time member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Ft.Wayne, IN.
In her spare time she loved going to the beach. She enjoyed gardening and tending to flowers as well as reading.
Surviving are her husband of 17 years, Richard Miller; children Sandra Franke, Karla (Steven) Mettert, Chuck (Mary) Kocks, Cheryl (Greg) Dycus; step-children, Cathleen (Daryl) Biondi, and Andrew Miller; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and sister, Agnes Hollar.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Kocks; sisters, Joan Weaver, Charlene Strawser, Rose Schall, and Jean Bennett.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am, Saturday, January 2, 2021 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815 with calling one hour prior.
Burial will take place in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church for Masses in her name.
