Clyde Howard Starkey Jr., age 58, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023. He was born March 9, 1965 to the late Clyde and Donna Starkey in Charles City, Iowa. Clyde spent his career as a union welder, Local 20, in the sheet metals industry. He enjoyed fixing things, motorcycles, collecting old coins, go-karting, riding his Harley but cherished his time spent with family and friends the most, especially Sunday dinners. Clyde is survived by his children, Stevi Starkey and Jared Starkey of Fort Wayne, Ind.; fifteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sister, Deb Starkey of Iowa; and former wife, Tracy Basgall. He was preceded in death by his son, Dillon Starkey; brother, Scott Starkey; and sister, Connie Starkey. Funeral Service is 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 11, at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Mungovan Chapel, 2114 S. Calhoun Street with calling two hours prior.
