A visitation for Cynthia will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The Chapel, 2505 W Hamilton Road S, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46814, followed by a a celebration of life at 4:00 PM.
