DAVID "DAVY" FUENTES, 55, of Fort Wayne, died in peace on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at his home. He was born to Jose and Ofelia Fuentes on October 7, 1959. David is survived by his wife, Rita Fuentes; daughter, Mistie Bleu Goorhouse; brothers, Rudy Fuentes, George Fuentes and John Fuentes; sisters, Juana Briner and Gloria Marley. He was preceded in death by his sister, Josefina Fuentes. Funeral service will be at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home, 1327 North Wells Street on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 4pm with calling one hour prior.
