David L Palmer

David L. Palmer, 50, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was born in Fort Wayne, IN to E. Wayne, Jr. and Rebecca Jo (Miller) Palmer. This amazing man married Donielle (Herb) on August 11, 2003 at Lakeside Park and she survives. Dave served honorably in the United States Air Force. He was a talented cook who’s wickedly funny, amazing friend, 2nd father to many, and he loved spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving are his three daughters, Kendra, Alyssa, and Celine Palmer; four grandsons, Raiden Akamu, Malcolm David, Oliver James, and Bentley Keanu; bother, Christopher (Kristine) Palmer; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A celebration of his life service will be Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 3:00pm at D.O McComb and Sons Lakeside Park with visitation from 1:00pm to 3:00pm prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans Crisis Line or Disabled American Veterans.
