Davion Emmanuel Hunter was born July 14, 2026, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He passed away September 9, 2026, at just 8 weeks old. Though his time was brief, Davion was deeply loved and will be remembered by those who knew him, loved him, and snuggled him close. He will always be in our hearts.
He is survived by his mother Davionna Hunter; grandparents LaToya and Sean Riddle; grandfather, David Hunter Sr.; aunties Isionna Anderson and Seantasia Riddle; uncle David Hunter Jr.; great-grandmothers Valerie Kelly and Regina Hunter; great-aunties Tawanna Walton and Velesther (Anthony) Eley; great-uncle Homer Daniels; Godmother Rashanta Williams; and Godfather Michael Wallace.
Davion joined his uncle William Holley Jr. and great-grandfather Rufus Walton in Heaven.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Friday, September 25, 2026, at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm officiated by Rev. Maurice E. Culver. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Davionna Hunter.
