Dawn "Dinky" Marie Winters, age 50, of Huntington, Indiana passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022. She was born October 30, 1971 to the late Chuck and Jane Balbaugh. Dawn graduated from Northside High School, Class of '90 and loved performing with her dance troupe. She loved life, had a vivacious personality and lived it to the fullest spending time with her family and friends, her fur babies, Marilyn and Lola, riding motorcycles, and made life a wild ride. She was fiercely loyal and you knew where you stood. Dawn is survived by her children, Cameron Winters of California, Devan (Danielle) Winters of Fort Wayne, Ind., Kobe Kanorr, also of Fort Wayne, Ind. and Savanna Simerman of Ossian,Ind.; siblings, Chuck (Kim) Balbaugh, and Scott Balbaugh, both of Roanoke,Ind.; and six nieces and nephews.
